A 30-second advertisement illustrating VINCI Autoroutes’ #BienVoyager (Enjoy Your Journey) promise was broadcast on television and social media in 2025. It was filmed on the VINCI Autoroutes network and features company employees – highway personnel, control post and traffic information centre supervisors, and journalists from Radio VINCI Autoroutes – and employees from retail and EV charging infrastructure partners. Infused with warmth and gentle humour, the advertisement shows the dedication of VINCI Autoroutes teams in serving the 5 million people who use the network every day.

To better guide and assist customers and passengers, Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport tested a virtual agent – an animated character who greets users with “Hello, I’m Lisa.” – in 2025. It was installed on two interactive kiosks in Terminal 2. Combining agentic AI, 3D animation and voice interaction, this innovative solution is available 24/7 and enables passengers to interact with an avatar that understands spoken requests in around 30 languages and provides information in French and English.
