OVER 103 MWp of photovoltaic capacity already installed across the VINCI Concessions network.
In Clérac in southwestern France, VINCI Concessions subsidiary SunMind installed a solar power plant comprising multiple structures – photovoltaic canopies over parking and storage areas, as well as a photovoltaic awning – at the MESEA railway maintenance base in 2025. The plant is equipped with 654 low-carbon photovoltaic panels, with a combined total capacity of 500 kWp, and can generate up to 570 MWh of electricity per year. All electricity generated is fed into the distribution network. Two additional power plants are planned for 2026 at MESEA’s maintenance bases in Nouâtre and Villognon. With a capacity of 2,600 kWp and 750 kWp respectively, these two power plants will bring the total installed capacity across MESEA sites to 3.85 MWp.
