Connecting the world means being present 24/7 to keep essential infrastructure – highways, airports and railways – up and running. This public-interest mission calls for committed teams. VINCI Concessions unites people from all walks of life, with a range of skills and unique stories, around shared values. This diversity is our strength and something we nurture and promote.

Broadening our hiring practices

Operating both globally and locally, we are a truly multicultural company. The breadth of our business lines and the geographic spread of our operations enable us to offer career and mobility opportunities to people with diverse backgrounds and stories. With a strong and attractive employer brand, we unlock and nurture potential in each individual. In Brazil, for example, it took just three months to recruit, train and integrate 300 new VINCI Highways employees, who now operate the Via Cristais highway. We recruited locally.

Supporting women’s professional development

In all the countries where we operate, we are working to increase the proportion of women in our teams at all levels of our organisation. Lastly, we regularly present our business lines in schools and universities, thereby preparing the next generation of managers.

Nurturing all talent

Best-practice sharing and skills development are at the heart of the training programmes we offer our employees. Our new “Culture Concessions” programme unites our teams around the fundamentals of the concession model everywhere we operate. The “Lead 4 Success” global leadership programme gives our managers the tools to succeed in a fast-changing world. At VINCI Airports and VINCI Highways, the “Business Games” immerse participants in simulated real-world scenarios that demand collaboration.
