In Hungary, Budapest airport has its own training centre, which offers dozens of programmes to train its employees and partners in airport management professions. In the United Kingdom, as part of the Dare to Dream programme, staff from London Gatwick airport have provided one-to-one mentoring sessions, focusing on themes such as self-awareness, mindset, resilience and employment.

In Colombia, the Bogotá–Girardot highway passes through a region with strong tourism potential. To boost tourism and ensure visitors receive a better welcome, Vía Sumapaz decided to help local stakeholders build their skills. In 2025, over 20 businesses (restaurants, hotels and attractions) across the 13 municipalities along the highway benefitted from a two-month training programme in management, digital transformation and tourism marketing.
